I am a modeler.
My adventure with modeling began about a two years ago. My son, wandering around YouTube, came across a modeling channel (Night Shift – thank you Martin!) and maniacally started watching. He persuaded me that together we should try to “glue something.” And so it began.

The first visit to a model store, the first purchases, and joint building.

The last year has been hours spent reading, watching modelers on Youtube, visiting local competitions, and meeting other modelers.
Starting in 2024, I am already better prepared for my new hobby. Although a lot of “first times” are still ahead of me. I have not yet glued an airplane, painted figures done, or painted a three-tone camo.

Why the 1:72 scale?
I liked that these models are so small and require so little space to work on them and store them. I will write more about my tiny workshop someday.
 
Why did I start a blog?
To motivate myself, I treat it as a diary and catalog of what I’ve done, what I’m working on, and what I’ve encountered along the way. I’m not a social media person. I’m not looking for likes and hearts. However, I do want to share what I do.
